Upper Part:

Lower Part:

Round 3: Ch 3, dc in 1st st, 2 dc every st around. Join. (32 sts)

Round 4: Ch 3, dc in every st around. Join. (32 sts)

Round 5: Ch 1, **sc in 2 sts, ch 3** Repeat from ** to ** around. Join with a sl st to the 1st sc. Cut off yarn. Decorate with beads and sequins. Attach a key ring to the dress.
