You’ll need:
300g of dark-pink 100% cotton yarn (230m/50g);
Crochet hook 2.5.
Size: S.
Instructions
Back
Make 128 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work due to the scheme 1 for 28 cm. Make increase of 4 cm from each side for sleeve and crochet for 22 cm. For neck-hole, leave the central 20 cm out of work, finish both sides separately, making 1 more row.
Front
Make in the same way as back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For this, in 4 cm from the beginning of sleeves, leave the central 32 cm for neck-hole out of work. Leave the main cloth. Make 9 motifs due to the scheme 2. Continue making front, join motifs to the neck-hole in the process of work.
Assembly
Make all the seams. Fasten all the edges with 1 row of single crochets, 1 row of 3 single crochets, and 1 picot.

I don't understand the hook size. 2,5?
I think this top is made with cotton thread. The hook size is 2.5mm. It could be crocheted with some kind of fine cotton yarn or cotton thread. Maybe #3 cotton thread or even #10 thread or sock type fine yarn?
I don't understand the pattern very well. I am not good without written row by row directions. Hope this might help you.
