Materials
- Bernat Maker Big weight jumbo 7 8.8oz / 66 yards for each skein
- Colors pictured: (Chartreuse – 1 skein), (Shale – 1 skein)
- Crochet hook size 10mm
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
- Stitch markers
Stitches Used & Code
- ch = chain
- fl = front loop
- sl st = slip stitch
- st = stitch(es)
- rep = repeat
- rs = right side
- ws = wrong side
Notes: If you want your project wider, add more chains in the beginning. If you want it longer, add more rows. I recommend placing the marker in each row you are on or using a row counter.
Measurement: 18.5″ wide x 15″ tall
Crochet Rug Pattern
Row 1 (ws) color A: ch 41, 1 sl st into second ch from hook and each st across. (I insert hook into little bump on the back loop of each ch st). Total of 40 st
Row 2 (rs) color A: Turn, ch 1 (do not count as a st), 1 fl sl st into each st across. Total of 40 st
Row 3 – 17: rep row 2 (color A)
