RND 1: Ch 24, slip stitch to join, being careful not to twist the chain.
RND 2: SC across (working in the round) until just under 1".
RND 3: Once you get to the start (even with the tail of your slip knot), slip stitch 2 spaces, then SC across to the point where there are 2 stitches until the tail.
RND 4: For the next 2 rows - Ch 1, turn your work and SC across. This will begin to open up the back.
RND 5: For the next 3 rows - Ch 1, turn, decrease once, SC across but decrease when you get to the last two stitches.
RND 6: *Ch 1, turn, SC next three stitches, repeat from * until the strap goes around her neck and down the other side. It needs to be long enough to fit over a button.
RND 7: Cut yarn, tie off, weave in ends, sew on a cute button - done!
