You Will Need

• Leftover medium-thickness semi-woolen yarn in yellow color
• Hook size 3.5

Attention!

At the beginning of each row, replace the first single crochet with 1 chain stitch. Close each round with a slip stitch into the first chain of the row. When crocheting back and forth in rows, work the last single crochet into the chain stitch from the previous row.

Description of Work

The slipper starts at the toe.

1st Row

Chain 3 and join into a ring with a slip stitch.

2nd Row

5 single crochet into the ring.

3rd Row

2 single crochet in each stitch from the previous row - 10 single crochet.

4th Row

1 single crochet in the first stitch, 2 single crochet in the next stitch, repeat from * to * until the end of the round - 15 single crochet.

From the 5th to the 7th Row

1 single crochet in each stitch.

8th Row

1 single crochet in the first stitch, 1 single crochet in the second stitch, 2 single crochet in the third stitch. Repeat from * to * until the end of the round - 20 single crochet.

Continue to crochet single crochet stitches until the fabric reaches a length of 11 cm. Transition to crocheting back and forth in rows (do not crochet in the round). When the total length of the slipper reaches 22 cm, fold the piece in half lengthwise and perform the back seam by joining the parts with one row of single crochet through the edge on the inside of the slipper. Cut and hide the thread.

Edge the top of the slipper with an openwork pattern according to the scheme.
