Ch 7, sl st between two 6 dtr clusters. *Ch 7, y.o hook 3 times, insert hook in next dtr, pull thread through, y.o hook, pull thread through 2 loops, y.o hook, pull thread through 2 loops, y.o hook, pull thread through 2 loops. Repeat from to 5 more times, you should have 6 loops on hook. Pull thread through all 6 loops. Ch 6, sl st in 6th ch from hook. Ch 7, sl st between two 6 dtr clusters*. Repeat from * to * around. End with ch 7, sl st in top of first dtr cluster.

Bind off and weave in ends.
