You'll Need

300g of yarn (60% wool, 20% silk, 15% linen; 498m/100g);

Circle knitting needles 4.5 with fishing line 80 cm and 150 cm long;

Double pointed knitting needles 4.5;

Crochet hook;

Markers (M);

Needle with big eye.

Size

Ø 135cm.

Stitches Control

Stitches control of ornament C: 23 sts x 30 rows = 10cm x 10cm.

Increases

First Set of Increases

1st row: purl;

2nd row: 1 knit st, 1 purl by turn;

3rd row: purl.

Instructions

The beginning of work is in the middle of the circle.

Cast on 6 sts in a circle.

Place marker at the beginning of the circle row.

1st row: (knit2tog: through up and low loops) 6 times. (12 sts);

2nd row: knit;

3rd row: (knit2tog) 12 times = 24 sts;

4th row: purl;

5th row: (knit2tog with left decline, 1 yarn over) 12 times;

6th row: knit.

Make increases, as described above = 48 sts.

Repeat pattern A twice = 8 rows.

Make increases, as described above = 96 sts.

Repeat pattern B twice = 16 rows.

Make increases, as described above = 192 sts.

Turn to knitting needles with fishing line 80 cm.

Make 1st-12th rows of pattern C 3 times, then 1st and 2nd rows once = 38 rows.

Make increases, as described above = 384 sts.

Make 1st-18th rows of pattern D, then 1st and 2nd rows once = 56 rows.

Make increases, as described above = 768 sts.

Make 1st-12th rows of pattern E, then 1st-5th rows once = 17 rows.

Make 1 circle row with purls.

Then, 7 rows of pattern F.

Bind off the sts loosely. Cut the yarn, weave the ends.
