How to Create a Stylish Crochet Skirt with Elastic Ribbing

You’ll Need
500g of 100% cotton yarn (280m/50g) in green grass color;
Crochet hook 1.4;
Elastic rib – about 2 m.
Size
M-L.
Instructions
Make the skirt as a one-piece work, following the pattern of the scheme from top to down.
Make a chain of the same length as your waist circumference + 15 cm. Circle the obtained chain in a ring using a slip stitch and make 3 rows with double crochets. Insert the elastic rib in every row.
Next, make 5 rows to form the first element. Turn to white yarn starting in the 9th row. Make 1 row and then alternate colors in the following way: 3 rows of green grass color, followed by 1 row of white color. Repeat this combination 3 times.
After that, continue working according to the scheme again: make the 10th row, etc. Work with the green grass yarn, except for the 28th, 31st, 44th, 46th, and 48th rows.
Start all rows with chain stitches for increase and finish with a slip stitch.
