How to Crochet a Beautiful Malva Skirt

You’ll Need:
300g of cream Malva yarn (50% cotton, 50% viscose; 350m/75g);
Crochet hook 3.
Note:
Work in 2 threads of yarn.
Instructions
Work around with filet net (* 1 double crochet, 1 chain st*). Make a chain and create 82 scales of filet net, then connect your work in a circle. Make 10 rows.
Next, add 1 scale in every 9 scales. Repeat these increases for 10 rows. After that, proceed to make the fringe according to the scheme in 34 rows from the beginning of your work.
After finishing your work, create a second fringe upon the first one. Finally, make a row of *3 double crochets, 1 chain st* along the upper edge of the skirt. Insert the belt.
