Knitting Instructions for a Striped Yarn Project

You’ll Need:
50g of white yarn (50% wool, 50% acryl; 250m/100g);
50g of the same yarn, but in coral color;
Knitting needles 3.
Used Patterns
Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit stitches, in WS row – purls.
Garter stitch: knit stitches.
Stripes order: *6 coral rows, 6 white rows*.
Stitches Control
20 stitches x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Cast on 102 stitches and make 6 rows of garter stitch. After that, work according to the scheme of stripes order. Make 1st and 2nd rows with garter stitch; the remaining rows will be in stockinette stitch. In 13 cm from the set-up row, decrease 10 stitches in the 6th and 7th pattern repeats (each). Make 6 rows of stockinette stitch, then 4 rows of knit two together. Tighten the remaining stitches and fasten off. Finally, make the side seam.
