You'll need:

950g (1050g) of Cashmerino Arana, plum color (55% merino wool, 33% microfiber, 12% cashmere, 90m/50g);

Knitting needles 4,5 and 5;

Circle knitting needles 4,5.

Ornament A, knitting needles 4,5: the quantity of sts is multipled 4 + 2 + 2 selvedge sts. Knit due to the scheme 1, on which right and wrong side rows are stated. In right side row start with 1 selvedge st, repeat the pattern, finish with the sts after the pattern and 1 selvedge st. In wrong side rows make in opposite way. Start with wrong side row and repeat both stated rows.

Ornament B, knitting needles 5: the quantity of sts is multipled 16 + 6 + 2 selvedge sts. Crochet due to the scheme 2, on which only right side rows are stated, make wrong side rows due to the ornament. Start with 1 selvedge st, repeat pattern A, finish with the sts after pattern A and 1 selvedge st. Make from 1st to 20th rows once, then repeat from 5th to 20th rows. After the 1st row the quantity of sts is multipled 18 + 6 + 2 selvedge sts.

Ornament C, circle rows: the quantity of sts is multipled 4, 1st circle row: repeat the pattern B of scheme 2. 2nd-4th circle rows: knit the sts due to the ornament. Repeat from 1st to 4th circle rows.

Stitches control: 26,5 sts x 25,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Cast on 120 (136) sts and knit 6 cm of ornament A for the placket. Then, knit with ornament B. After the 1st row there are 134 (152) sts in work. Bind off 9 x 1 st = 116 (134) sts in every 12th row from both sides at the same time. In 57 cm = 146 rows (54 cm = 138 rows) from the placket bind off 3 sts for arm-holes from both sides and in every 2nd row - 1 x 2 sts and 5 x1 sts = 96 (114) sts. In 80cm = 204 rows from the placket bind off middle 42 sts for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For rounding bind off 1 x 5 sts and 1 x 4 sts from inner edge in every 2nd row. At the same time in 81 cm = 206 rows from the placket bind off 6 (9) sts from both sides for shoulder chamfers and 2 x 6 (9) sts in every 2nd row. Finish work in 82 cm = 210 rows from the placket.

Front

Make the same way as back, but for deeper neck-hole lay 24 sts in 73 cm = 186 rows from the placket and bind off 1 x 6 sts, 1 x 5 sts, 1 x 3 sts and 4 x 1 sts from the inner edge.

Sleeve

Cast on 72 (80) sts and knit 6 cm with ornament A for the placket. Then, knit with ornament B in the following way: start with 1 selvedge st, repeat the pattern B, finish with the sts after the pattern B and 1 selvedge st. Repeat from 1st to 4th rows. At the same time, add 7 x (in every 8th row 11 x) 1 st in every 12th row for sleeves chamfers from both sides = 86 (102) sts, including added sts in the ornament. In 37, 5 cm = 96 rows from the placket bind off 4 (5) sts for the sleeve head from both sides and 1 x 3 sts, 1 x 2 sts, 5 x 1 sts, 1 x 2 sts, 3 x 3 sts, 2 x 4 sts in every 2nd row (1 x 4 sts, 1 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts, 2 x 1 sts, 2 x 2 sts, 3 x3 sts, 1 x 4 sts, 1 x 5 sts). In 48,5 cm = 124 rows from the placket bind off the rest 20 (22) sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Transfer the laid 24 sts of front to the circle needles, cast on 130 sts along the neck-hole and knit the placket on all the 154 sts in the following way: continue work on 12 middle sts of front due to the braid ornament.
