Stockinette Stitch:
In RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls.
Wrong-Side Pattern:
In RS row – purls, in WS row – knit sts.
Rib Pattern:
2 x 2 rib.
Cable Pattern:
Due to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated. Make WS row sts as they face. Repeat the 3rd-33rd rows.
Stitches Control:
26 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions:
Back:
Cast on 122 sts with knitting needles 4 and make 9 cm = 34 rows of 2 x 2 rib. After that, work with stockinette stitch. Decrease 9 x 1 st from both sides in every 8th row for hip chamfer, starting from the 43rd row. At 52 cm height from the beginning of work, increase 1 st from both sides for side chamfers, repeat this increase in 20 rows = 108 sts. In 192 rows of stockinette stitch, bind off 2 sts from both sides for raglan chamfers, then decrease 17 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 70 sts. At 85 cm height of back, bind off all sts.
Front:
Make in the same way as back, but at 55 cm height, start working with cable pattern. For this, divide your work for 5 cables. At 85 cm height, bind off all sts.
Sleeves:
Cast on 56 sts with knitting needles 4 and make 10 cm = 36 rows with 2 x 2 rib. Increase 6 sts in the last row. After that, work with wrong-side pattern, make 1 cable according to the scheme in the center. Increase 5 x 1 st from both sides in every 10th row for sleeve chamfers = 72 sts. In 60 rows of wrong-side pattern, bind off 2 sts from both sides for sleeve cap, then decrease 17 x 1 st in every 2nd row. At 42 cm height, bind off the rest 34 sts.
Assembly:
Make raglan seams. For yoke, cast on 212 sts with circular knitting needles 4 and make 4 cm of 2 x 2 rib. Then, change to knitting needles 3.5 and knit 16 cm more. Bind off all sts. Make sleeve and side seams.
