Raised Treble Crochet at the Front of Fabric (Tr/rf) - wrap the yarn around the hook, insert hook from in front and from right to left around the stem of the appropriate stitch, and complete the stitch normally.

Raised Treble Crochet at the Back of Fabric (Tr/rb) - wrap the yarn around the hook, insert the hook from behind and from right to left around the stem of the appropriate stitch, and complete the stitch normally.

The quantity of sts is a multiple of 19.

Row Instructions

1st Row

Skip 3ch, dc, dc into each ch to the end of the row, turn.

2nd Row

(RS): 1tr/rf around first st, 1dc into next st, skip next 3 sts, 1dtr into each of the next 3 sts. Going behind the last 3dtrs, work 1dtr into each of the 3 sts just skipped, 1dc into next st, 1tr/rf around next st, 1dc into next st, skip next 3 sts, 1dtr into each of the next 3 sts, going to the front of the last 3dtrs but not catching them.

3rd Row

1tr/rb around first st, 1dc into next st, skip next 3 sts, 1dtr into each of the next 3 sts. Going behind the last 3dtrs, work 1dtr into each of the 3 sts just skipped, 1dc into next st, 1tr/rb around next st, 1dc into next st, skip next 3 sts, 1dtr into each of the next 3 sts, going to the front of the last 3dtrs but not catching them. Work 1dtr into each of the 3 sts just skipped, 1dc into next st, 1tr/rb around next st.
