Row Instructions
Row 1: Make a chain of a multiple of 3. Then make double crochet in the 4th chain stitch from your hook and in each chain stitch across. Make 1 chain stitch, turn.
Row 2: Make 2 double crochets in the same single crochet as the chain stitch 1. Skip 2 stitches. * (single crochet, 2 double crochets) in the next stitch, skip 2 stitches.
Repeat from * across. Place 1 single crochet in the top of 3 chain stitches. Make 3 chain stitches, turn.Row 3: Working in the back loop only, double crochet in each stitch across. Make 1 chain stitch, turn. Be sure to make your last double crochet in the 1st chain stitch of the previous row. Don’t miss this stitch.
Repeat rows 2 and 3 until your piece is the desired length.
