Special Stitches

TR/rf (raised treble crochet at front of the fabric): Wrap the yarn around the hook, insert hook from in front and from right to left around the stem of the appropriate stitch and complete the stitch normally.

The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 2 + 1 + 2 chain stitches increase.

Work 1 row each in colors A, B, and C throughout.

Row Instructions

1st Row (RS): Skip 3 chain stitches, double crochet into the next and each chain to the end, turn.

2nd Row: Chain 3, double crochet in the first stitch, *1 TR/rf around the next stitch, double crochet into the next stitch; repeat from * to end, turn.

Repeat the 2nd row.
