Poncho Patterns Used
Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 12 + 9 + 3 chain sts increase. Work due to the scheme. Start every row with 3 or 1 chain st increase instead of the 1st double or single crochet and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat.
Repeat 1st-4th rows x once, then, repeat 3rd and 4th rows.
Stitches Control:
34.5 sts x 15.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions for Poncho
Make 117 chain sts and work with main pattern. In 74 cm from the set-up row, finish your work.
Make 2 details. Make seams due to the pattern design.
Sew fringe along the edges of cut and one seam.
Top Patterns Used
Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 8 + 1 + 1 chain st increase. Work due to the scheme. Start every row with 1 or 4 chain sts increase instead of the 1st single or treble crochet and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat.
Repeat 1st-7th rows x once, then, repeat 2nd-7th rows.
Stitches Control:
44 sts x 35 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions for Top
Back
Make 177 (193) chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work with the main pattern. In 37 cm from the set-up row, make decreases for arm-holes from both sides due to the scheme (beginning of the 12th row). Finish your work in 42 cm from the set-up row.
Front
Make in the same way as back, but with round neck-hole. For this, in 42 cm from the set-up row, leave the central 9 cm and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, make decreases due to the scheme from inwards (beginning of the 13th row) until you reach the width of strap. Finish your work in 72 cm from the set-up row.
Assembly
Make seams, sew straps to back arm-holes. Twist the edges of front neck-hole and from shoulder to shoulder with lace yarn, leave 10-15 cm yarn. Bind these ends with each other.
