Used Patterns

Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 10 + 3. Work according to the scheme. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, and finish with sts after pattern repeat.

Note: start pattern with 1 WS row.

Stitches Control:

Main pattern: 30 sts x 12 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Jacket

At first, make back and front as one-piece cloth. Create 243 (283) 323 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern = 24 (28) 32 pattern repeats + initial sts – 1 st for symmetry. In 40 (42) 44 cm = 48 (50) 53 rows from the set-up row, first finish on the first 5 (6) 7 pattern repeats + initial and final sts of the right front. In 11 (12.5) 14.5 cm = 13 (15) 17 rows from the division, decrease 2 pattern repeats from the right side over 4 rows. Finish on the remaining 3 (4) 5 pattern repeats and final sts of the shoulder at 11 cm = 13 rows height of neck-hole. Make left front in symmetry. For the back, use the central 10 (12) 14 pattern repeats + 1 st for symmetry. In 18 (19.5) 21.5 cm = 22 (24) 26 rows from the division, leave the central 2 pattern repeats – 1 final st for symmetry for the neck-hole and decrease 1 pattern repeat during the next 2 rows from both sides. Conclude your work on 3 (4) 5 pattern repeats + 1 st for symmetry from each side at the height of the front.

Sleeves

Make from up to down. Assemble shoulder seams. Fasten vertical edges of arm-holes with 13 (14) 15 pattern repeats + initial and final sts and work with the main pattern. Decrease 2 pattern repeats from both sides at 6 cm = 7 rows long for sleeve chamfers throughout 30 cm = 36 rows from both sides. Finish at 44 cm = 53 rows length of sleeve on the remaining 9 (10) 11 pattern repeats + initial and final sts.

Assembly

Assemble arm-hole, sleeve, and side seams. For placket, fasten the edges of front and bottom with 5 rows of half-crochets, making 3 sts in 1 base st at the corners. Make 6 button-holes in the 3^rd row on the right front. Finish the neck-hole, including short sides of placket, and fasten with 5 rows of half crochets. Sew buttons.

Scarf

Make 23 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern 2 pattern repeats + initial and final sts. Finish in 180 cm from the set-up row.
