You’ll Need:

500 (550)g of natural-white yarn (54% baby alpaca wool, 36% natural wool, 10% nylon; 155m/50g);

Crochet hook size 7;

Knitting needles size 6.

Size:

S (M).

Used Patterns

Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 3 + 1. Work according to scheme 1. Start with sts before pattern repeats, pattern repeat, and finish with sts after pattern repeat.

Execute rows 1-9 once, then repeat rows 6-9.

Hexagon: make 5 chain sts and circle them into a ring with the help of 1 slip st. Work according to scheme 2 with circle rows. Start every circle row with 3 chain sts increase instead of the 1st double crochet and finish with 1 slip st. If needed, turn to the new circle row with the help of slip st. Execute circle rows 1-4 once.

2 x 2 rib (knitting needles).

Stitches Control:

Main pattern: 13 sts x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Hexagon: 15 cm from top to top, 14 cm from edge to edge.

Instructions

Back

Make 58 (64) chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern. In 61 cm = 49 rows from the beginning of set-up row, finish your work.

Left Front

Make 19 (22) chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern = 6 (7) pattern repeats + 1 st. At the same time, for better shaping, skip 4 pattern repeats on the following 51 cm. In 61 cm = 49 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Right Front

Make in reflection to left front.

Sleeves

Make 37 (43) chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern = 12 (14) pattern repeats + 1 st. In 26 cm from the set-up row, increase 2 pattern repeats on the following 25 cm. In 51 cm from the set-up row, finish your work with 1 row of single crochets.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams, sew up the sleeves. Make side and sleeve seams. For the placket, cast on 108 (120) sts with knitting needles and work with rib. In 6 cm from the set-up row, bind off sts as they face. Sew the placket to the lower edge of the jacket. For front plackets, make 4 hexagons and sew them in a lace. Sew the upper edge of hexagons to the back.
