You’ll Need:

200g of cream yarn (100% mercerized cotton; 87m/10g);

150g of the same yarn, but in green color;

Crochet hook 2.

Size:

S.

Stripes Order:

* 2 green rows, 2 cream rows*

Instructions

Front

Make 150 chain stitches with green yarn and make 1 row of filet net: * 1 double crochet, 2 chain stitches*; repeat from * to *.

Then, work according to the scheme 1 following the stripes order. At 36 cm height, leave the central 16 pattern repeats for the neck-hole and crochet straight for 15 cm more for each side.

Back

Make 150 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase and crochet in the same way as the front, but with a less deep neck-hole. For this, at 45 cm height, leave the central 16 pattern repeats = 25 cm and finish each side separately to the height of the front.

Sleeves

Make shoulder seams. Create stitches for sleeves along the arm-hole with green yarn = 46 cm and crochet according to scheme 1 following the stripes order for 26 cm. Make decreases for sleeve chamfers, matching with the pattern design.

Assembly

Make side and sleeve seams. Create relief motifs according to scheme 2 and connect them in stripes: 16 motifs for the lower edge, 16 motifs for the neck-hole, and 5 motifs for each sleeve.

Sew relief stripes of motifs to the lower edge of the pullover and sleeves, as well as to the neck-hole, as shown in the photo.

I need printed instructions.  I love this sweater and would love to crochet it, but diagrams do not work for me.  :(  Can someone tell me whether there are written instructions somewhere for this?  Thank you!  ~Darlene~
