Crochet Project Instructions with Beads and Lace Patterns

You’ll Need:

500 (550) 600g of cream Corafino yarn (60% merino wool, 40% polyacryl; 175m/50g);

Crochet hooks 3 and 3.5.

Beads Pattern

Crochet hook 3.5: the quantity of sts is multiple 2 + 3 chain sts increase. Work due to the scheme 1. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat.

Lace Pattern

Crochet hook 3: the quantity of sts in the 1st row is multiple 10. Work due to the scheme 2 with circle rows. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1st-3rd rows x once, repeat 3rd row x twice, 4th row x 5 (6) 7 times, 5th row x 5 times, 6th – 12th rows x once, change to crochet hook 3.5 from the 7th row = totally, 22 (23) 24 rows.

Fringe:

1st row (WS): single crochets;

2nd row: 1 chain st increase, * 1 single crochet, 1 picot, skip 1 st, 1 single crochet*; repeat from * to *.

Stitches Control:

Beads pattern: 17 sts x 10.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions:

Back

Make 72 (80) 88 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with “beads” pattern. For side chamfers, increase 2 sts in the end of the 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 7th, 10th, 11th = 1 “bead” + 1 chain st increase = totally, 84 (92) 100 sts. In 13.5 cm = 14 rows form the set-up row, leave 4 (6) 8 sts from both sides for arm-hole and 3 x 2 sts in every row = 64 (68) 72 sts. In 31.5 cm = 33 rows (32.5 cm = 34 rows) 33.5 cm = 35 rows from the set-up row, leave 1 x 6 sts and 1 x 4 (6) 6 sts in every row from both sides. At the same time, leave the central 26 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, increase 2 x 2 sts in every row. In 33.5 cm = 35 rows (34.5 cm = 36 rows) 35.5 cm = 37 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Left Front

Make 46 (50) 54 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with “beads” pattern, leave 11 x 2 sts and 5 x 1 st in every 2nd row from the left side for neck-hole. For side chamfer, increase 2 sts in the end of the 2nd, 6th and 10th rows = 1 “bead” + 1 chain st. Make arm-hole in the same way for shoulder chamfer from the right side in the same way, as for back. Finish your work at the height of back.

Right Front

Make in symmetry to the left front.

Sleeves:

Make 52 (56) 60 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with “beads” pattern. For sleeve chamfers, increase 2 sts in the end of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th rows = 1 “bead” + 1 chain st = totally, 60 (64) 68 sts. In 4.5 cm = 5 rows from the set-up row, leave 2 sts for sleeve cap from both sides and 11 (12) 13 x 1 st, 2 x 3 sts and 1 x 1 st in every row. In 19 cm = 20 rows (20 cm = 21 rows) 21 cm = 22 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Assembly:

Make shoulder seams; sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Fasten chamfers of neck-hole, cuts and sleeves with fringe with crochet hook 3 with fringe. Make right front upon left with lace pattern, make 160 (180) 200 single crochets in the 1st row = 16 (18) 20 pattern repeats. In 36 cm = 22 rows (37.5 cm = 23 rows) 39 cm = 24 rows from upper part, finish your work.
