Hood

Row 1 – With the front panel facing you, begin to make sc’s up the right side of the opening of the neckline, across the back, and down the opposite side of the neckline. The number of sc’s you make does not matter. Just make sure to have the same number of sc’s for each side of the neckline to make the hood even. For reference, I made 22 sc up the right side, 21 sc across the back, and then another 22 sc down the left side for a total of 65 sc.

Rows 2 thru 58 – Ch.1 turn, sc in every st across.

After completing Row 58, you will have something that looks like a rectangle. Fold the rectangle in half lengthwise and sew along the top to close. Bind off.

Edge

Attach yarn to the bottom of the pullover and complete 2 rows of sc all the way around the bottom edge. This will give the bottom of the pullover a cleaner edge.

Weave in all ends.
