Special Stitch in Crochet

Special Stitch
The popcorn stitch is created by working five double crochets (dc) into the same stitch. Carefully remove the hook from the current stitch without losing the loop; then, insert the hook into the first double crochet of the five-dc set from the right side to the wrong side. Use your hook to grab the loop from the fifth double crochet and pull it through.
Stitch Quantity
The quantity of stitches required is a multiple of 10 plus 1 plus 4 chain stitches for increase.
