Make 8 chain sts and circle them in the ring with sl st.

1st rnd: Ch 1, 16 sc into ring sl st to first sc;

2nd rnd: Ch 6 (count as 1 dc and 3 ch), sk next sc, [1dc into next sc, ch 3, skip 1 sc] 7 times, sl st to 3rd of 6 ch;

3rd rnd: Ch 1, sc into same place as last sl st [4dc into next ch 3 sp, sc into next dc] 7 times, 4 dc into next ch 3 sp, sl st to first sc.

Fasten off.
