You’ll Need

150g of olive, turquoise, green, and brown Java yarn (67% cotton, 33% viscose; 158m/50g) for each;

100g of the same yarn, but in orange color;

Crochet hook size 3.

Size

Size: S.

Used Patterns

Zigzags pattern: The quantity of stitches is multiple of 14 + 1 + 3 chain stitches for increase. Work according to the scheme. Start with stitches before the pattern repeat, follow the pattern repeat, and finish with stitches after the pattern repeat. Make the 1^st-4^th rows once, then repeat the 3^rd-4^th rows. Increases are indicated in the 5^th and 6^th rows.

Colors order: * 4 brown rows, 4 olive rows, 4 turquoise rows, 4 green rows, 2 orange rows*.

Stitches Control

21.5 stitches x 12.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Note: Work from top to bottom.

Instructions

Back

Make 99 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with brown yarn and work with the zigzags pattern according to the color order = 6 pattern repeats + initial and final stitches. In 32 cm = 40 rows from the set-up row, make 1 row with increases (5^th row of the scheme). Repeat these increases every right-side row for a total of 8 times. Finish your work in 64 cm = 80 rows from the set-up row.

Right Front

Make 29 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with brown yarn and work with the zigzags pattern according to the color order = 1 pattern repeat + initial and final stitches. In 7 cm = 9 rows from the set-up row, make 21 chain stitches for the neck-hole and continue with the zigzags pattern = 3 pattern repeats + final stitches or 64 stitches. In 32 cm = 40 rows from the set-up row, make increases in the same way as for the back = 134 stitches and finish your work at the same height as the back.

Left Front

Make in symmetry to the right front.

Sleeves

Make 57 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with orange yarn and work with the zigzags pattern according to the color order = 3 pattern repeats + initial and final stitches. In 40 cm = 50 rows from the set-up row, make 1 row with increases. Repeat these increases every right-side row twice for a total of 89 stitches. Finish your work in 45 cm = 56 rows from the set-up row.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Fasten the edges of the front and neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets using olive yarn. Then, finish the neck-hole with picots.
