Instructions

Back

Cast on 96 (108) 120 stitches with red yarn and work with the pattern of slipped stitches, making stripes order after the 1st row, resulting in 127 (143) 159 stitches. In 35.5 cm = 73 rows from the set-up row, take off the stitches in the next wrong-side row, as previously described = 96 (108) 120 stitches, and continue work with the waffle pattern and purple yarn in 36 cm = 74 rows from the set-up row. In 15.5 cm = 40 rows (13 cm = 34 rows) 10.5 cm = 28 rows from the pattern with slipped stitches finishing, bind off 1 x 12 stitches from both sides for armholes = 72 (84) 96 stitches. In 29 cm = 76 rows from the finishing of the pattern with slipped stitches, bind off the central 36 (40) 48 stitches for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. In 34 cm = 88 rows from finishing the pattern with slipped stitches, bind off the rest 18 (22) 24 stitches of shoulder.

Front

Make in the same way as the back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For this, in 21.5 cm = 56 rows from finishing the pattern with slipped stitches, bind off the central 36 (40) 48 stitches.

Assembly

Make shoulder and side seams. Fasten the neck-hole and arm-holes with 1 row of slip stitches with yellow yarn. Fasten the lower edge of the front and back with 1 circular row of picot with red yarn in the following way: *1 single crochet, 3 chain stitches, and 1 single crochet in the 1st chain stitch*; repeat from * to *, slip 1-2 stitches, and finish with 1 slip stitch in the 1st single crochet.
