DIY Crochet Cap with Visor Instructions

You’ll Need:

1 skein of CoCo yarn of emerald color (100% cotton; 240m/50g);

Crochet hook 2;

Plastic template for visor;

Scissors.

Head Circumference:

56-58 cm.

Instructions

Base

The main part of the cap consists of 3 elements.

For the central element, make 27 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase, then make 47 double crochets. After that, create 2 sides according to scheme 1. Connect all three elements together using single crochets.

Visor

Make 28 chain stitches and work according to scheme 2, remembering to increase the number of stitches from both sides.

Next, crochet 7 rows without increases and cut the yarn. From this point, make each side separately.

Attach the yarn to the detail as indicated on the scheme and make 24 double crochets. Make 3 double crochets together in every corner from both sides, continuing until you decrease the number of stitches to 1 stitch. Repeat this method for the second side.

Assembly

Insert the plastic template of the visor and sew it to the base.
