DIY Neckpiece with Yarnart Flowers Yarn

You'll Need:

Yarnart Flowers yarn (55% cotton, 45% polyacryl; 1000m/250g), color 259;

Circle knitting needles 2.75.

Height of neckpiece is about 70 cm.

Instructions

Start your work with the bottom edge. Cast on 3 stitches.

For the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and all the even rows, purl.

Selvedge stitches: slip the 1st selvedge stitch, make the last as a knit stitch. Knit right selvedge stitches a little bit tight - knit two together with left decline or knit two together with right decline.

You can regulate the width of diagonal stripes according to your wish; it's important that the sides should be symmetrical. The middle stripe should be located at the center.

Knit to the chosen height, bind off the stitches. Cut the yarn and weave in the ends.
