• Size N/P-15/10mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge

Gauge

Ch 3, 2 dc in 3rd ch from hook, [ch 4, 2 dc in 3rd ch from hook] twice = 5" with 2 strands held together. Check gauge to save time.

Row 2 (RS): Ch 10, sc in 7th ch from hook, ch 3, V-st in last ch of ch-10, ch 1, [V-st in ch-1 between next 2 dc groups, ch 1] 29 times, V-st in next sc, turn. (31 V-sts)

Row 3: Ch 10, sc in 7th ch from hook, ch 3, [sc, ch 3, 2 dc in next V-st space] 30 times, sc in last V-st space, turn. (30 dc groups)

Row 4: Ch 10, sc in 7th ch from hook, ch 3, V-st in next sc, [ch 1, V-st in next sc] across, turn. (31 V-sts)

Rows 5-53: Repeat Rows 3 and 4 alternately, ending with Row 3; at the end of Row 53, fasten off.

Edging
