How to Make Fingerless Mittens Using Worsted Weight Yarn

Materials
Any medium worsted weight yarn. I used Loops & Threads Chameleon (4) yarn for the multi-color fingerless mittens.
Size I hook; if you prefer a snug fit, you may use an H hook.
Blunt needle.
Abbreviations
ch - chain
dc - double crochet
fpdc - front post double crochet
st(s) - stitch(es)
Cuff Instructions
Ch 10.
Row 1-18: Sc in back loops, ch 1, turn. (9)
Fold in half and slip stitch the ends together through both loops.
Right and Left Hand Instructions
Row 1: Ch 1, evenly space 25 sc around (25).
Continue to work in the round; add a stitch marker here to keep track of rows.
Row 2: Dc in each st around.
Row 3: Fpdc in each dc from the previous row.
Rows 4-7: Fpdc in previous rows' fpdc and each fpdc around.
Row 8: Fpdc next 10 sts, ch 4, skip next 4 sts (for thumb), sl st in next st, fpdc next 10 sts (25).
Row 9: Fpdc in each fpdc from the previous row. Dc in the chains made for the thumb, fpdc around the fpdc from the previous row.
Row 10: Fpdc around (fpdc around the dc’s from previous row).
Rows 11-13: Fpdc around.
Row 14: Sl st around and fasten off. Weave in the end.
