How to Crochet a Colorful Yarn Pumpkin

You’ll Need:

2 oz ball of Lily Sugar N’Cream yarn in orange, brown and green colors (100% cotton);

Crochet hook 5 mm;

Blunt needle.

Instructions

Base

Start with a magic circle and ch 2.

Row 1: Dc 11 sts into the circle, sl st to join (11).

Row 2: 2 dc in each st around, sl st to join (22).

Row 3: Ch 2, 2 dc in next 10 sts, sl st in next 2 sts, 2 dc in last 10 sts, sl st to join (42).

Fasten off, leaving tail to weave in.

Brown Stem

With brown yarn ch 3, sc next 2 sts, sl st in first st and fasten off. Weave in end.

Green Stem

With green yarn pick up a stitch near the bottom of the stem and ch 7. 2 sc in each stitch, sl st in first st and fasten off leaving a tail to weave in.
