Instructions

Back

Cast on 83 sts with knitting needles 5.5. Make 1 WS row of knit sts and work with relief pattern with cables. In 23 cm = 49 rows from the beginning of work, turn it and change to knitting needles 5, make 1 RS row of knit sts, decrease 7 (1) sts = 76 (82) sts and 1 row of purls.

Then, work with net pattern. For better fitting, decrease 1 st from both sides in the 7th row of relief pattern with cables, 3 x 1 st in every 8th row and 1 x 1 st in the next 6th row = 66 (72) sts. In 16 cm = 38 rows from relief pattern with cables, mark waist from both sides.

For chamfers, increase 1 st in the 13th row from marks, 4 x 1 st in every 8th row = 76 (82) sts. In 21 cm = 50 rows from marks, bind off 3 sts for arm-holes, 1 x 2 sts and 3 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 60 (66) sts.

In 20 (21) cm = 46 (48) rows from the beginning of arm-holes, bind off the central 38 sts for neck-hole.

Front

Make in the same way as back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For cut, bind off the central 2 sts in 4 (5) cm = 10 (12) rows from the beginning of arm-holes and continue knit separately.

In 8 cm = 18 rows from the beginning of cut, bind off 10 sts from both sides for neck-hole, 1 x 3 sts, 1 x 2 sts, and 3 x 1 st in every 2nd row. In 8 cm = 18 rows from the beginning of cut, bind off the rest 11 (14) sts of shoulder.

Sleeves

Cast on 53 sts with knitting needles 5.5. Make 1 WS row of knit sts and make relief pattern with cables. In 11.5 cm = 25 rows turn your work and change to knitting needles 5, make 1 RS row of knit sts, decrease 7 sts = 46 sts and 1 row of purls.

Then, work with net pattern, increase 1 st from both sides in the 7th row of relief pattern, bind off 3 (4) x 1 st in every 16th (14th) row = 54 (56) sts. Include the increased sts in the pattern.

In 32.5 cm = 76 rows from relief pattern with cables, bind off 3 sts from both sides for sleeve caps, 1 x 2 sts, 4 x 1 st in every 2nd row and 3 x 1 st in every 4th row, 3 x 1 st and 1 x 2 sts in every 2nd row. Bind off the rest 20 (22) sts.

Assembly

Make seams, leaving side seams open to the height of relief pattern. Fasten neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “crab stitch”. Sew up the sleeves. For straps, make chains of 20 cm long, put beads to the ends.
