Medium (M).
Chest circumference: 88-92 cm.
Used Patterns:
Relief pattern: follow the scheme and repeat the 1st-4th rows.
Stripes order: 6 rows of black, dark-grey, burgundy, violet, and light grey (each).
Stitches Control:
30 stitches x 10 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions:
Vest
Front
Make 151 chain stitches using black yarn. Continue working with the relief pattern according to the stripes order.
After making 50 cm = 50 rows from the start, leave 18 stitches open on both sides for arm-holes. Continue working without decreases. After making 10 cm = 10 rows from the beginning of the arm-holes, leave the central 42 stitches open for the neck-hole and finish each side separately. Finish your work after making 23 cm = 23 rows from the beginning of the arm-holes.
Back
Make in the same way as the front. For arm-holes, after making 50 cm = 50 rows from the start, leave 18 stitches open on both sides. Continue working without decreases. After making 23 cm from the beginning of the arm-holes, finish your work.
Assembly:
Make side and shoulder seams. Fasten the bottom, arm-hole edges, and neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch.”
Cowl:
Make 78 chain stitches using black yarn. Continue working with the relief pattern according to the stripes: 2 black rows, 6 burgundy rows, 2 violet rows, 6 light-grey rows, and 2 dark-grey rows. Finish your work after making 55 cm = 55 rows. Connect the short sides of the obtained rectangle.
