You’ll Need:

250g of golden-yellow yarn (40% viscose, 30% cotton, 20% linen, 10% polyamide; 125m/50g);

250g of the same yarn, but in beige color;

150g of the same yarn, but in violet color;

Patterns matching: the quantity of stitches is a multiple of 3 + 1 + 3 chain stitches increase.

Patterns and Colors Order:

Continue working with patterns matching according to the scheme, in the following way:

• Rows 23-26 with golden-yellow yarn,
• Rows 19-22 with violet yarn,
• Rows 16-18 with golden-yellow yarn, read the scheme from left to right,
• Rows 10-15 with beige yarn,
• Rows 3-8 with golden-yellow yarn.

For this, join the yarn at the left edge, then, make rows 1-2 with violet yarn x twice, rows 27-30 with golden-yellow yarn, and rows 16-18 with beige yarn, reading the scheme from left to right.

Stitches Control:

20.5 stitches x 11.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Make 97 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with violet yarn, and make 30 rows according to the patterns matching, then work according to the patterns and colors order. In 55.5 cm = 64 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Front

Make in the same way as the back, but include a neck-hole. To achieve this, bind off the central 29 stitches in 49.5 cm = 57 rows from the set-up row and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 2 x 1 cm in every following row from inwards. Finish your work at the height of the back on the remaining shoulder stitches.

Sleeves

Make 49 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with violet yarn for each sleeve, make 30 rows according to the patterns matching and continue working according to the patterns and colors order. At the same time, increase stitches in the 9th, 16th, 20th, 22nd, 26th, 29th, 32nd, and 35th rows from both sides = 65 stitches. Make increases according to the pattern and color of yarn with single crochet or double crochet and continue working in height. In 41 cm = 47 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams, sew up the sleeves, and make side and sleeve seams. Fasten the edges of the neck-hole with 1 circle row of “shrimp stitch” using violet yarn.
