Main Pattern:
1st row: 2 chain sts increase, scale of 5-7 triple crochets (the more crochets, the more dense the pattern) in the 8th st of chain from the crochet hook, * skip 4 sts of chain, 1 single crochet, skip 4 sts of chain, 1 scale*; repeat from * to *, 1 single crochet;
2nd and 4th rows: 2 chain sts increase, * 4 chain sts, 1 single crochet above the central crochet of the scale of the previous row, 4 chain sts, 1 single crochet above single crochet of the previous row*; repeat from * to *, 2 and 4 single crochets;
3rd row: 4 chain sts increase, 2 triple crochets above the last single crochet of the previous row, * skip 4 chain sts of the previous row, 1 single crochet above single crochet, skip 4 chain sts, scale above single crochet*; repeat from * to *, 3 triple crochets in the 2nd chain st increase of the previous row;
5th and all following rows: scales and single crochets above single crochets of the previous row.
Instructions:
Yoke of Back:
Make 96 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase. Make 7 rows of the main pattern. Step back 8 sts from each side from the 8th row (armhole). Work this way to the 25th row, then, make 4 scales and return (neck-hole) for 2 rows.
Yoke of Front:
Make 96 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase. Make 7 rows of the main pattern. Step back 8 sts from each side from the 8th row (armhole). Work this way to the 12th row, then, make 4 scales and return (neck-hole) for 13 rows from each side.
Back and Front:
Make 96 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase. Make 49 rows of the main pattern, increasing 4 triple crochets in every row (half-scale).
Assembly:
Connect the details with the help of a crochet hook. Fasten the neck-hole, bottom edge, and sleeves with the main pattern with picot elements.
