Chapter 4: Heart Crochet Pattern

Rnd 1: Make all of the next stitches into the fourth Ch from hook (the first Ch made) working under both loops – 3 DC, 3 HDC, Ch 1, DC (Heart point), Ch 1, 3 HDC, 3 DC, Ch 3; Sl St in center. The side facing you is the Right Side.

Rnd 2: Ch 3, SC into the first St of the previous Row, 2 SC into each of the next 2 Sts, SC into each of the next 3 Sts, SC into Ch-1 stitch, Ch 1, DC into next St (Heart point), Ch 2, HDC into top of DC, Ch 2, Sl St into top of DC.

Continuation of Rnd 2: Ch 1, SC into Ch-1 stitch, SC into each of the next 3 Sts, 2 SC into each of the next 2 Sts, SC into next St, Ch 3, Sl St in center.

Fasten off and weave in the ends.
