Stockinette Stitch

Right side rows - knit sts, wrong side rows - purls.

Relief Pattern

Knit according to the scheme. Repeat from 1st to 6th rows.

Frilling

Knit according to scheme 1. Make the 1st and 2nd rows once.

Stitches Control:

Stockinette stitch, knitting needles 2: 30 sts x 44 rows = 10 x 10 cm; relief knitting, crochet hook 2.5: 30 sts x 12 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Top

Back

Cast on 132 sts and knit with stockinette stitch. In 36 cm = 160 rows for the arm holes, bind off in each 2nd row: 1 x 7 sts, 1 x 3 sts and in each 4th row 3 x 1 st from both sides. In 7 cm = 31 rows from the arm-holes beginning, bind off the sts. Crochet 91 single crochets on the upper edge of your detail and continue with the relief pattern. In 12 cm = 14 rows from stockinette stitch, leave central 28 sts for the neck hole and in 2nd row leave 1 x 2 sts on the sides of the cut-out. In 14 cm (17 rows) from the stockinette stitch, finish your work.

Front

Make the same as back, but in 1.5 cm = 2 rows from the beginning of work, divide the sts in half by means of hook and knit them separately, leaving 3 sts in each 4th row from both sides. In 14 cm (17 rows) from crochet beginning, leave your work.

Sleeve

Make a chain of 101 chain sts and crochet with the relief pattern. In 2.5 cm = 3 rows for sleeve chamfering, increase in 4th and 12th rows 2 sts from both sides. In 22 cm = 26 rows, leave 1 x 4 sts and in each row 2 sts for sleeve chamferings from both sides. In 25 cm = 30 rows, finish your work.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Inseam the sleeves, make side seams and sleeve seams. Fasten all the edges with 2 rows of frilling.

Vest

Back

Make a chain of 144 chain sts and crochet with the relief pattern. In 53 cm = 63 rows for the arm holes, leave 10 sts from both sides. In 20 cm = 24 rows from the beginning of arm holes, leave central 66 sts for the neckhole and crochet separately. In 22 cm = 27 rows from arm-holes start, finish your work.

Left Front

Make a chain of 72 chain sts and crochet with the relief pattern. In 53 cm = 63 rows for the arm holes, leave 10 sts from both sides. In 2 cm = 2 rows from the beginning of arm holes, leave 2 sts from the left side. In 20 cm = 23 rows from the arm hole beginning, crochet without decreases. In 22 cm = 27 rows from arm hole start, finish your work.

Right Front

Make in symmetry with the left front.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Lower edges, front edges and arm holes are fastened with 2 rows of frilling. For strings, make 2 cords 33 cm long: 100 chain sts and 1 row of double crochets. For lacing on side seams, make 2 cords 133 cm long: 400 chain sts and 1 row of single crochets. Insert the cords into the holes of side lines.
