Crochet Petals Using Two Colors of Mercerized Cotton Yarn


You’ll Need:
½ of a skein of 2 different colors of 100% mercerized cotton yarn (240m/100g);
Crochet hook size 2.
Note: Work with 2 threads of yarn.
Instructions
Make 8 chain stitches with color B yarn and circle them using a slip stitch.
Row Instructions
1st Row: 18 double crochets;
2nd Row: * 1 single crochet, 23 chain stitches*; repeat from * to * 9 times according to scheme 1.
Continue working according to scheme 2. After making rows 3rd-4th, change the yarn color to A and make rows 5th-6th. After that, switch back to color B yarn and make 2 more rows.
Fold each of the “petals” and make 2 rows of fastening with color A yarn.
Make 20 chain stitches and fasten them with 1 row of single crochets.
