Picture from Woolen Threads
Picture from Woolen Threads

You'll need:

Photo frame;
Woolen threads of different colours;
Scissors (big and small);
Napkin;
Glue;
Silk threads.

Instructions

At first, take out the cardboard part from your photo frame. Then take blue napkin and cut the needed size to your frame. Then, put some glue from the back side and wait until the glue thickens and begin to stretch the fabric, smoothing out all the folds. After the base has dried, turn it over and you'll have a beautiful blue background.

Take small strand of yellow yarn to make the petals of your sunflower. As sunflower isn't only yellow, so put some smaller strands of orange colour. Smooth the ends with small scissors. You'll have swirls in the shape of petals. Put them on your panel, making the picture. As your picture will be in glass, there is no need to glue the threads to the base. After making the first layer of sunflower, make small leaves fromt the odds of yarn. The main part of your sunflower is ready.

The next stage is the middle of the sunflower. For the middle you need finely chopped pieces of wool. For the stalk, use green wool. A little pinch off the thread from the skein and twist it with your fingers in the form of straws. Add small strands of light green and black to the main strand and connect them together. Then, take a strand of yellow, green, light green color and beautifully, spread the threads onto each other, creating the shape of a leaf. From threads of black color, on thin leaves of sunflower make thin veins. Make additional plants from silk threads, and from brown woolen threads we spread a fence. From the white threads, on a blue background, create the effect of clouds. Also, the cloud can be supplemented by a strand of gray threads.

Cover your picture with glass.
