First, inflate the balloon to the size that suits you the most. Then, begin to tighten it with a thread, making completely chaotic movements. Just soak the base material in glue. After the workpiece has dried, take the needle and pierce the balloon with it.

Pull the remaining rubber out with a gentle movement through a small hole. The ready balloon can be decorated at your discretion. It can be any decorative material, from beads to brilliant tinsel.
