Create Beautiful Lace Flowers: Step-by-Step Guide with Instructions

You'll Need

To create your lovely lace flower, gather the following materials:

  • Thread and needle
  • Satin lace
  • Scissors

Instructions

To get a medium-sized flower, take a piece of lace that is at least 125 cm long.

Sew the bent upper corner to the base of the strip with two regular stitches.

Once the corner is sewn, start folding the lace, straightening the edge, into a roll. Make sure to perform at least five turnovers. Fasten your "cone" with stitches to maintain its shape.

Bend the edge of the tape at a tight angle, wrapping the end around the formed bud. This technique allows you to create voluminous and beautiful petals. To achieve a neat rose, sew the folded ribbon after every 5-6 turns.

At the final stage, bend the edge of the lace at a corner and sew it securely.
