Materials:

  • I used Golden Sun cotton yarn 50 gr / 180 m (beige and brown colors),
  • crochet hook 1.5 mm
  • needle for embroidery, black thread for embroidery, scissors

Measurement: Bear is approx. 3.2 inches ( 8 cm) high and 2.4 inches (6 cm) wide.

1 Row: Ch 13, sc 1 to second stitch from hook, 11 sc, Ch 1, turn

4 Row: Inc, 10 sc, Inc, Ch 1, turn
5 Row: 14 sc, Ch 1, turn
6 Row: Inc, 12 sc, Inc, Ch 1, turn
7-15 Row: 16 sc, Ch 1, turn
16 Row: Dec, 12 sc, Dec, Ch 1, turn
17 Row: 14 sc, Ch 1, turn
18 Row: Dec, 10 sc, Dec, Ch 1, turn
19 Row: 12 sc, Ch 1

Working around the edge:
Left side: 18 sc
Bottom: Ch 2, 1 dc into same stitch, 1 dc, Ch 2, sl.st. into same stitch, 7 sc, sl.st., Ch 2, 1 dc into same stitch, 1 dc, Ch 2,
Right side: 18 sc
Top: Ch 1, 5 dc into 1 St., skip 1 St, 8 sc, skip 1 stitch, 5 dc into 1 stitch, Ch 1, sl.st. Fasten off.

Work in brown color yarn. Start from the middle of the bottom.

Working around the edge:
4 sc, [ 2 hdc into same stitch ] x 2 times, 21 sc, [ 2 hdc into same stitch ] x 3 times, 10 sc, [ 2 hdc into same stitch ] x 3 times, 21 sc, [ 2 hdc into same stitch ] x 2 times, 4 sc, sl.st. to join. Fasten off.

Paws:

Work in brown color yarn: Ch 7, 1 hdc into second stitch from hook, 1 hdc, 4 dc. Fasten off. Make 2 details.

Nose:

Work in brown color yarn:

Magic Ring.

Round 1: 6 sc into magic ring, sl.st. to join (6)

Round 2: ch 1, 2 sc into same stitch, 1 sc + 1 hdc into next stitch, 1 dc + 1 hdc into next stitch, 2 sc into next stitch, 1 hdc + 1 dc into next stitch, 1 hdc + 1 sc into next stitch, sl.st. to join (12)

Fasten off. Embroider nose and smile with black thread.

Connect all the details. Glue the eyes.
