- Crochet hook size: 3.5mm (E)
- Worsted weight yarn: Brown (4 yds) & Beige (2 yds)
- Stitch Marker to mark your rounds
- Tapestry Needle
- Embroidery Floss: Black

There's no need to slip stitch and/or chain when going to the next round unless stated to do so.
Always do the 1st stitch where you slip stitch from the previous round.
The chain, in the beginning, does NOT count as one stitch unless stated otherwise.
You slip stitch on the first single crochet, not on top of the chain 1.

Picot Stitch
Chain 3, insert hook into the 3rd chain from hook, yarn over & draw up the yarn through all the loops.
Body/Head
Starting with light brown
- Rnd 1: 6 single crochets in magic ring, slip stitch into 1st stitch, chain 1 (6)
- Rnd 2: 2 half double crochets in each stitch around, slip stitch into 1st stitch, chain 1 (12)
- Rnd 3: single crochet in next 2 stitches, 2 single crochets in next stitch around, slip stitch into 1st stitch, chain 1 (16)
- Row 1: *single crochet in next stitch, picot stitch* repeat from * to * 6 more times, single crochet in next stitch, in the last stitch change to beige, single crochet in next 4 stitches, chain 1, turn
- Row 2: single crochet in next 4 stitches, chain 1, turn (4)
- Row 3: single crochet two together twice, chain 1, turn (2)
- Row 4: single crochet two together (1)
Feet
With beige, there are 4 stitches that were left unworked. We're going to single crochet in the 2nd and 4th stitch to form the little feet.
Assemble
- Eye: using black embroidery floss or thread, embroider an eye in the position you like best.
- Nose: using light brown yarn, embroider the nose on the last single crochet we made on the beige section.
