Sl st to 1st ch 2 space, Ch 3, 2 dc in same ch2 space, ch 2, sk next ch2 spaces, *3 dc in next ch 2 space, ch 2, sk next ch 2 space*. Repeat from * to * around, join to 1st dc. (60 3dc clusters)

Round 4

Slst 2nd dc of the 1st 3dc cluster, ch 4, dc, ch 2 in that same st, *dc, ch 1, dc, ch 2 in the 2nd dc of the next 3dc cluster*. Repeat from * to * around, join to 1st dc. (60 V Sts)

Subsequent Rounds

Continue as follows:
