Create Your Own Beautiful Crochet Bag Using Blue and Turquoise Yarn

You’ll Need:
100g of blue 100% cotton yarn;
100g of the same yarn, but in turquoise color;
Crochet hook 2;
5 big buttons.
Instructions
Make 60 chain sts and work around the chain.
1st Row: single crochets, increase 5 single crochets from both sides.
2nd-7th Rows: double crochets.
Then, make 19th-22nd rows with double crochets using light-blue yarn. Next, make 50 single crochets from one side for handles, turn, and make 10 rows of single crochets. Decrease the first and last 2 sts on every row until there are 10 sts left.
Crochet straight for 20 cm more. Make the same handle from the opposite side. Fasten the edges of the handles with “shrimp stitch.” Create a fringe “wave” effect due to the turquoise part of the bag. For this, join the blue yarn at the base of the back, make 5 chain sts, and join them with the help of single crochets to the bag base.
Make 9 rows of such trim. Finally, fasten 5 big buttons with single crochets.

The blue bag is very beautiful I have to crochet it a different day and time
This pattern goes from row 7 and then the next line starts with row 19. I'm sorry, that doesn't make sense to me. What happens between 7 and 19?
Sorry, there is a mistake: 2nd-18th rows: double crochets
