- Yarn- medium (4) Vanna Choice/ Lionbrand .5 oz of 2 colors or a total of 1 oz. C1, C2
- ½ - 1 inch button of choice
- 1 Stitch marker

- Chain (ch)
- Single Crochet (sc)
- Change to (chgto)
Size
7 inches tall x 8 inches around
Notes
We are stitching in the round, no joining.
Pattern
RND 1: With C1, Ch 11, sc in the 2nd ch from the hook.
Sc in the next 9 sc, 2 sc in the last sc, (11 sc).
Turn working down the opposite side of the ch.
1 sc in the next 9 sc, 2 sc in the next sc, (11 sc)
(total 11 + 11 = 22 sc)
Place a stitch marker in the last sc of each round.
RND 2: 1 sc in each sc around, (22 sc).
RND 3 – RND 4: 1 sc in each sc around, (22 sc).
RND 5: Change to C2, 1 sc in each sc around, (22 sc).
RND 6: 1 sc in each sc around, (22 sc).
RND 7: Change to C1, 1 sc in each sc around, (22 sc).
RND 8 – RND 9: 1 sc in each sc around, (22 sc).
RND 10 – RND 24: Repeat RND 5 – RND 9, 3 more times.
RND 25: Slip stitch in the 1st 5 sc,
Ch 12, slip stitch in the 6th sc, slip stitch in each of the remaining chains,
Slip stitch in the next sc, this forms the button loop.
Slip stitch the next 16 sc, join to the 1st slip stitch with a slip stitch,
Tie off and weave in your ends.
Wrist Handle
Hold 2 strands of yarn together, ch 24.
Join to the side of the case with a slip stitch, stitching through a sc.
Tie off securely.
Button Assembly
Line up the button with the loop and sew the button in place
using matching yarn and needle.
