Row 1

Ch5, dc, ch1, dc in the 5th ch from the hook, ch4, turn (3dc, 2 ch1)

Row 2

1 dc in the same st as the Ch4, ch1, dc in the next dc, ch1, dc, ch1, dc in the last dc, ch4, turn (5 dc, 4 ch1)

Row 3

1 dc in the same st as the Ch4, ch1, dc in the next dc 3 times, dc, ch1, dc in the last dc, ch4, turn (7 dc, 6 ch1)

Row 4

1 dc in the same st as the Ch4, *ch1, dc in the next dc*, Repeat From * to * across row, ch1, dc, ch1, dc in the last dc, ch4, turn (9 dc, 8 ch1)

Row 5

Repeat Row 4 (11 dc, 10 ch1)

Row 6

Trim Instructions
