Assembly for Double Pot Holder or Stuffie Pillow

Place the 2 circles together, right sides out, and follow RND 7 instructions.

Sew them together. For the pillow, leave an opening for stuffing, stuff, then sew closed.

Ears

RND 1: With C1, Ch19, 2 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook,
1 sc in the next 16 sc, 2 sc in the last ch,

Turn working down the opposite side of the ch,
2 sc in the 1st sc, 1 sc in the next 16 sc, 2 sc in the last ch, join to the 1st sc, ch 1

RND 2: 1 sc in each sc around, join.

RND 3: Chgto C2, slst in each sc around, join, tie off, weave in ends.

Gather the center of the ears to form 2 ears, sew in place with needle and matching yarn.

Paws

Make 2

With C1, ch 2, 6 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, join to 1st sc, ch 1

2 sc in each sc around, join to 1st sc, tie off leaving a 10 inch yarn tail for sewing paws on.

With C2 and needle, stitch 2 straight stitches to form the paws. Sew in place with needle and yarn tail.

Face

Embroider with white yarn as shown in the picture.

Flowers

Make 3

Ch2, 6 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, join to the 1st sc,

*Ch 7, slst in the next sc*

Repeat from * to * 5 more times for 6 flower petals.

Tie off, leaving a 10 inch tail of yarn for sewing on pot holder. Sew flowers on as shown in the picture.
