Crochet Sweater Pattern Guide



You’ll Need:
800g of blue-green yarn (50% wool, 50% acryl);
Crochet hook 4.5;
3 buttons the same color as yarn.
Size:
L.
Used Patterns
Long Sts:
Make initial chain + 1 chain st increase.
1st row: single crochets;
2nd row: 2 chain sts increase, * insert the crochet hook in the next st, put the working yarn upon the first finger, twist the middle finger and catching it with ring finger, draw it through single crochet.
Fancy Patterns:
Due to the scheme 1 and 2.
Stitches Control:
14 sts = 10 cm.
Note: Crochet in 2 threads of yarn.
Instructions
Back:
Make 61 chain sts (13 sts for each shoulder and 35 sts for neck-hole) and work with the pattern according to scheme 1. At 22 cm height, which is the 3rd row of the scheme, increase 6 sts from both sides of chains for arm-holes and continue work with the same pattern. At 72 cm height, cut the yarn.
Right Front:
Make 31 chain sts and work with the pattern according to scheme 1. At 22 cm height, which is the 3rd row of the scheme, increase 6 sts from both sides of chains for arm-holes and continue work with the same pattern. At 72 cm height, cut the yarn.
Left Front:
Make in symmetry to the right front.
Sleeves:
Make 57 chain sts and work with the pattern according to scheme 2. Decrease 8 x 1 st in every 4th row after the selvage st, starting from the 7th row = 41 sts. At 50 cm height, cut the yarn.
Collar:
Make 70 chain sts and work with long sts. At 9 cm height, cut the yarn.
Assembly:
Make all the seams. Sew the sleeves in the arm-holes. Fasten the front and neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets. Sew the collar along the neck-hole, leaving 3 cm open from each side of the front. Fasten the front with 1 row of single crochets, making 3 loop button-holes (4 chain sts, skip 2 sts). Sew buttons.
