Crochet Blanket with Blue and White Motifs

You'll Need:

100% acrylic yarn (125m/50g) – 4 skeins of blue color (color A) and 3 skeins of white color (color B);

Crochet hook 5.5.

Size:

63.5 x 89 cm.

Stitches Control:

1 motif = 12.5 x 12.5 cm.

Instructions:

Make 4 chain stitches with color A yarn, circle your work in a ring.

1st Row:

3 chain stitches (= 1st double crochet), 2 double crochets in a ring, 2 chain stitches, (3 double crochets in a ring, 2 chain stitches) 3 times, slip stitch. Cut color A yarn.

2nd Row:

Attach color B yarn in the arch, 3 chain stitches, (2 double crochets, 2 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in this arch, 1 chain stitch, * (3 double crochets, 2 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in the next arch, 1 chain stitch, repeat from * twice, slip stitch. Cut color B yarn.

3rd Row:

Attach color A yarn in the arch, 3 chain stitches, (2 double crochets, 2 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in this arch, 1 chain stitch, * 3 double crochets in the next arch, 1 chain stitch, (3 double crochets, 2 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in the next arch, 1 chain stitch, repeat from * twice, 3 double crochets in the next arch, slip stitch. Cut color A yarn.

4th Row:

Blanket:

Make 35 such motifs, alternating the colors of yarn in each row, connect them very carefully and make as a whole cloth 5 x 7 motifs.

Fastening:

Fasten your work with single crochets with color A yarn from the right side.
