Ch 3 counts as a dc, join rounds with a slst.

Instructions

Make 1 each, of Cotton Yarn and Scrubby Yarn

RND 1: Ch 4, 1 dc in the 4th ch from the hook, 8 more dc in the same ch,
join to the top of the ch 3, Ch 3 (10dc)

(40dc)

Scrubby Yarn       Cotton Yarn

Tie off cotton circle, weave in ends.

Do not tie off the circle made of Scrubby yarn.

Place the 2 circles together, right side out, sc around the edges,
sewing the circles together. Join to the 1st sc and weave in ends.

Embroider the eyes and smile on the Cotton circle
